The 'Listing Information Packet' will contain a description of the various listing programs that I have and how each one will benefit you in the selling process.

As you may know, we are experiencing a Buyer's Market at this time.  It may take a little longer to sell than it did last year, but I'm seeing fairly stable prices for quality properties.   Buyer's do have more to choose from, so pricing your property correctly and presenting your property in it's best light will insure a sale in a reasonable length of time and for Top dollar.
