  Just a helpful hint:
 The property type is chosen on the Top Menu Bar.  For example:  You may want to check one of those listing numbers that you've seen in a real estate magazine.  If you enter the number for 'Land' or a 'Vacant parcel' without choosing 'Vacant Land' from the Menu Bar,  you will get a message "No Matches Found".    So choose the property type Before you enter your information.
