  Just a helpful hint:
 The property type is chosen on the Top Menu Bar.  For example:  You may want to check one of those MLS numbers that you've seen in a real estate magazine.  If you enter the MLS number for 'Land' or a 'Vacant parcel' without choosing 'Vacant Land' from the Menu Bar,  you will get a message "No Matches Found".    So choose the property type Before you enter your information.

You can have detailed listings that fit your specific needs emailed to your 'inbox' daily by signing up for the Latest Listings Update service.   Our Open Access MLS search is a very good place to start your search for that Dream Home.  But once you decide on exactly what your needs are, then you need to narrow the search and be more detailed.  

My Latest Listings Update service has hundreds of search criteria that can be specified so that your search brings the results that are meaningful.   Our MLS Rules will not allow public access to the 'Full Version Search' because of security issues with information contained in each listing ( such as 'gate codes', 'alarm codes', 'personal phone numbers' , etc.)..
