Current Real Estate Market - It's still a Buyer's Market.  The Fed lowered the interest rates today (Dec 11th) by .25% just as some expected. Home buyers will have something to be happy about as lower mortgage rates follow. The sales of New & Resale homes are still being controlled by a Buyer's Market. Properties that are selling are those that are 'priced right' and have 'value and appeal' to the home buyer. With a nice inventory to choose from, Buyers can take their time and shop wisely.
